Happy New Year! Carbs on carbs and hibernating is the only thing I want to do in January. So some (vaguely) healthy eating is my resolution for the start of 2018. Especially after how many mince pies I’ve indulged in over Christmas!
I dug out Foodism magazine issue 22 on Home Cooking to inspire me to cook up fresh, healthy meals. The beginning of the year is always tough to motivate myself. But exciting flavours and ideas make all the difference.

Foodism is a London-based free magazine published every other month. It’s a bit of a frenzy to grab a copy from tube stations as they run out within a couple of hours. Thankfully, you can also read Foodism on their website, which is jam-packed with reviews, guides and recipes.
