I love stationery, especially notebooks, and I’m always on a hunt for the *perfect* notebook to scribble away in. I was really impressed by the first notebook I got from Out of Print as it was small enough to slip in my pocket or a small bag; had thick, robust pages with a beautiful book illustration for a cover; and ruled lines made by printing tiny quotations from literary classics!

An Out of Print tote bag give away was a great opportunity to buy more stationery. I intended to get The Great Gatsby and Atlas Shrugged notebooks, but couldn’t resist an adorable Barbar tote bag, with tiny pictures of elephant yoga moves printed all over it, and a beautiful Hungry Caterpillar purse. I love the vibrant cover illustrations of both the notebooks, my only problem is that there’s only 5 designs to choose from, more please!

As well as being a really cool way to spread the joy of reading, Out of Print donate a book to a community in need with every product sold through Books For Africa. Their merchandise includes T-shirts with a huge range of iconic book cover art, such as A Clockwork Orange, Jane Eyre and The Colour Purple. But if you haven’t got the pennies to buy your favourite book cover clothing and stationery yet, you can still get involved, voting for literature’s ultimate hero and villain with ‘Book Madness‘ this month!
